Trade futures based on the 30 Year Treasury Bond (symbol zb), utilizing 5 and 30 minute charts. I use the Williams AO Oscillator in combination with AGET StoRSI and MACD to generate entry signals. Very short term trades, averaging 5 to 6 signals a day.

A fairly active day on the economic front, with:-

08:30 Jobless Claims

10:00 FHFA Housing Index

11:00 Kansas City Fed Mfg Index

11:00 6 Month Bill Announcement

13:00 7 Year Note Auction

16:00 Fed Balance Sheet and Money Supply

Fed’s Outright Treasury Coupon Sales for up to $8.75 billion at 13:15 est.

The 30 minute trend following chart flipped positive yesterday on a close above 141’16, and remains bullish into the start of the day. A close below 141’21 would turn it bearish.

Yesterday’s rally closed the nearest gaps at 142’03 and 142’06, leaving 143’18 as the next gap target.

The rally yesterday, stalled at the 50% retracement level around 142’13 (142’14 being actual high), which would seem to be a key level for today’s trading.
